Mr. Moises has played a key role in several large-scale real estate developments that have received industry recognition. One of his most notable projects is Paramount Miami Worldcenter, a mixed-use, 60-story high-rise residential tower known for its extensive amenities and prime location. The project has been recognized as one of the most amenitized residential buildings in the country, making it an attractive option for both local and international buyers.

In Puerto Rico, he has partaken in the conversion of the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve from the former Melia property, transforming it into a luxury hospitality destination. This redevelopment was awarded more than $50 million in Act 60 hospitality tax credits, reinforcing the project’s significance in elevating Puerto Rico’s tourism industry.
